Greenville, SC—A toddler was killed after she was ejected in a three-vehicle crash, which sent six people to the hospital. The fatal motor vehicle collision (MVC) happened on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 around 9:30 a.m., on Pendleton Street where Easley Bridge Road turns into Academy Street, as reported by the Greenville News.

The Greenville Police Department reported a black vehicle was traveling away from the downtown area on Pendleton Street when the car hit the passenger side of a Honda Civic that was traveling in the opposite direction. All of the sustained injuries were described as non-life threatening. The Greenville Police Department is reportedly investigating the fatal crash.
