Zion Williamson and SC Supreme defeated LaMelo Ball's Big Baller Brand 104-92 in the most highly anticipated AAU game of the year Wednesday night at the Adidas Uprising Summer Championships in Las Vegas.

Williamson finished with 28 points as he leaned on dribble-drives and transition breakouts to do his damage, while Ball flashed a smooth outside stroke, developed handles and impressive playmaking capabilities en route to 31 points, including a flashy finish around Williamson late in the second half, as shown by Overtime:

As is often the case in exhibition showcases, Wednesday's game wasn't exactly a tactical tour de force.

Rather, it was a platform for Ball and Williamson to prove why they've emerged as two of the most heralded high school recruits in the country in front of a Cashman Center crowd that featured Damian Lillard, Jamal Murray, Andrew Wiggins, Lonzo Ball and Thon Maker, according to ESPN.com's Jeff Borzello.

That much was clear early, when Ball fired from long range without hesitation, as Overtime documented on Twitter:

Those kinds of shots were routine for the 5-star class of 2019 UCLA commit, who wasn't shy when he found himself with a little breathing room from beyond the arc.

But despite some quick-trigger tendencies, Ball never appeared to get ahead of himself and played with some impressive composure, according to CBS Sports' Seth Davis:

Gotta say I am very impressed with LaMelo's demeanor. Has not lost his cool or tried to do too much.

While Ball sought to do his damage from distance, Williamsonโ€”the No. 3 prospect in the class of 2018โ€”made some trademark transition magic with a first-half slam off the glass and rim runs that defenders didn't have a prayer of stopping.

Overtime provided a look at several of Williamson's most dynamic plays in the open floor:

ESPN.com's Myron Medcalf was in awe of the 6'7", 230-pound senior's ability to move when he was able to get a head of steam:

First time seeing Zion Williamson live. He looks like he got lost at a Carolina Panthers preseason camp for veteran linebackers.

And while it looked like Williamson wouldn't be able to uncork the kind of show-stopping slam worthy of his social media legend after Big Baller Brand made a concerted effort to prevent one, he got his revenge in the game's final minute when he iced the win with a high-flying finish that was captured by Overtime:

Head coach LaVar Ball's side will have a chance to get back on track Thursday against Play Hard Play Smart, while SC Supreme are scheduled to clash with Team BBC as they eye back-to-back wins in pool play.
