Aston Villa fans have been lavishing praise on Kortney Hause after his performance in the Carabao Cup against Chelsea.

Dean Smith 's side exited the competition on Wednesday after losing on penalties, but Hause impressed during the 90 minutes in partnership with Axel Tuanzebe.

So much so that the 26-year-old posted a video onto his Twitter account featuring some of the positive tweets he has received as part of a compilation of his performance at Stamford Bridge.

And Villa fans have been loving it, with the tweet accruing over 1,000 likes in just under two hours at the time of writing.

Class player on the pitch & even better off it.
