The first episode of the third season of Beyond Paradise is set to air on BBC One on March 28. The episode sees DI Humphrey Goodman, portrayed by Kris Marshall, and DS Esther Williams, played by Zahra Ahmadi, collaborating with their counterparts in Cornwall.

A body discovered in a river straddling the Devon-Cornwall border is quickly dismissed as a tragic accident by their rivals, but Humphrey suspects there's more to it. Meanwhile, Martha Lloyd, played by Sally Bretton, is looking to grow her business, Ten Mile Kitchen, following its success.

However, just when things seem to be going smoothly, an unexpected twist throws her and Humphrey off course. Regular cast members including Dylan Llewellyn as PC Kelby Hartford and Felicity Montagu as Margo Martins will be returning.

Barbara Flynn reprises her role as Martha's mother Anne, and Melina Sinadinou returns as Esther's daughter Zoe. The series also sees the return of a contentious character and introduces a new regular to the cast.

Here's everything you need to know about who else will be appearing in the first episode.
