Beyond Paradise is set to air on BBC One on March 28, with the first episode of season three featuring DI Humphrey Goodman (portrayed by Kris Marshall) and DS Esther Williams (played by Zahra Ahmadi) collaborating with their Cornish colleagues. When a body is discovered in a river on the county border between Devon and Cornwall, their rivals hastily dismiss the death as a tragic accident.
However, Humphrey suspects there's more to it. In other news, Martha Lloyd (Sally Bretton) is determined to grow her business after the success of Ten Mile Kitchen.
But just when everything appears to be falling into place, she and Humphrey are hit with an unexpected twist. All the regular characters will be back, including Dylan Llewellyn as PC Kelby Hartford and Felicity Montagu as Margo Martins.
Barbara Flynn reprises her role as Martha's mother Anne, and Melina Sinadinou returns as Esther's daughter Zoe. A contentious character makes a return, and a new regular joins the cast.
