A war of words has broken out between the parties after Peter Dutton said he would prefer to live in Kirribilli House in Sydney than The Lodge in Canberra.
Anthony Albanese accused the Opposition leader of "hubris" and "measuring the curtains", and says the Prime Minister should live in the nation's capital.
But would Mr Dutton be the first PM to prefer the harbour?
