A magnitude 5.2 earthquake occurred Oct. 19 in Tajikistan, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported.
According to Pakistani media, the tremors were also felt around Islamabad.
The USGS reported that the earthquake in Tajikistan occurred at 12:25 (GMT +5). The earthquake epicenter was reportedly at the depth of 137.8 kilometers.
The epicenter of tremors was located 27 kilometers north-west of Murghab settlement.
The tremors were also felt in the Pakistani cities of Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Abbottabad.
